We have a very special and unique club!
As a shareholding private club, we have benefits that public membership-fee facilities do not offer. With only 250 families involved, we are able to know one another, build friendships, enjoy the privacy of the secluded, quiet location and have direct input into the management of the club through participation in activities, serving on the board, attending shareholder meetings to vote on club business, assisting with fundraisers and volunteering in various ways to keep costs low and revenue stable.

At the October 2016 shareholders meeting, a $100 maintenance assessment was approved for all members, to cover the cost of resurfacing the pool, which will be required to pass inspection to open for summer 2017. This resurfacing should eliminate the problems we had last summer with cloudy water that caused the deep end of the pool to be closed occasionally. The $100 assessment will be included with your statement for 2017 yearly dues which are going out in January.
We are currently able to receive payments by cash, check and PayPal.
We are also continuing to offer perks for early payments and would be happy to have monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payments. Please pay dues in full by May 1.

We are in the process of updating contact information for all our members. If you have not provided updated information recently, please send a current list of names in your family including children along with your phone numbers, address and email. We are also asking anyone who never received a stock certificate to contact us and we will be glad to issue one. Currently, we are using Google Group email and suggest that you put email@example.com in your contact list so that your spam filter will not snag email we send you.
